We want your production line to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible and can identify the best robot solution for your application requirements. Each industrial robot application requires a unique end of arm tooling, specific reach, payloads and flexibility. Randphyll MED has a large robot and workcell inventory from name-brand robotic companies that allow us to integrate orders quickly.
Pre-Engineered Cells are pre-configured, fully integrated turnkey solutions with minimal installation time, and proven success.
Custom cells are custom built to the specific dimensions, configurations, applications or part manipulation requirements that do not fall with pre-engineered specifications. Our customized systems can include new or reconditioned components based on your needs, availability and budget.

Our engineers create visual concept models of your desired robot system to enhance design and efficiency for maximum throughput. Typically a 2D CAD Drawing is initially provide, followed by 3D layout and simulation models.
2D CAD drawings - provide an initial illustration of the footprint and sizing of the workcell based on customer requirements and inputs.
3D Simulation - provide a virtual model capable of emulating the real-world process showing proof of concept. Customers can see specific part cycle times through the simulation.
3D SolidWorks and Catia Rendering - provide a more intricate and detailed concept of the model of how the system will fit within the customer's facility.
Our Ambitions
• With the help of the Timaye Project we are involved in Electric vehicle manufacturing in Africa, drones and car accessories such as the In-Wheel Motor.
• Our Materials Research drives us to 3D printing composite materials that will still maintain their structural integrity, Industrial Graphene.
